What are you eating on Tuesday?
B- 4 saltines with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of cantaloupe
L- 1 oz of turkey pepperoni (17 slices), 1 cheesestick and 1/2 cup of peas
S - 3/4 of a rockin roll protein bar
D- baking a homemade pizza on flatbread now.
S later - who knows
liquid - 35 oz of water, 45 oz of decaf iced tea and 2 - 8 oz protein drinks
exercise - nothing yet, besides walking my dog.

Pre-B: Protein shake (34 g)
B: Cup o' Joe, 1 slice muenster cheese
L: 3/4 of a mug o' turkey chili with a couple of pinches of shredded cheese and a couple of dabs of sour cream
S: Protein shake (34 g), celery and PB (2 stalks maybe with 1.5 tbsp of PB)
D: 1 slice havarti cheese, 4-6 heroin wings (not sure how many I can eat - there are 6 in the oven)
S: Perhaps a couple of strawberries with my yummy SF dip
Bedtime S: Protein shake (34 g)
Water: 16.9 oz Propel, 50 oz plain h20 (working on more)
Vitamins: still have B-complex and calcium to take, rest are all gone
Exercise: 10 minutes cycling, upper body workout
