Gym is open (Monday)

I want you to know I stole your idea for this motivation tool of "Gym Is Open" and post it on another board BMI over 50. Hope you don't mind.
Here is what I did on Monday.
Cardio: EFX Trainer 10 minutes @ 115-120 spm level 4-6, 15 min treadmill
Weights
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
I'm trying the elliptical again...rough on the knees though.
