What are you eating on Monday?
Pre-B: Protein shake (Nectar Fuzzy Navel w/ CL Orange Sunrise = 34 g)
B: Cup O' Joe
2 Slices Muenster Cheese
L: Mug full of homemade chili, couple of pinches of mixed shredded cheese and a couple of small dabs of sour cream
S: Protein shake (Nectar Lemon Tea = 34 g)
Couple of small celery sticks w/ PB
S2: 3 Large Strawberries with some of my SF chocolate-cream cheese dip
S3: Protein shake (Nectar Lemon Tea = 23 g) - a small one to take to support group
D: Leftover heroin wings...probably 4
And if I'm up to it...
S: Protein shake (Nectar Lemon Tea = 23 g)
Water: 40 oz water...a bit low but will take 20 oz with me to support group
Vitamins: On track!
Exercise: Today was an off day!

B-Special K Protein Plus with skim milk and some cantaloupe.
L - Egg salad and a cheesestick
S - Breyer's Light yogurt and more cantaloupe
D - homemade pizza with a whole grain flatbread, sauce, mozz cheese and a couple of turkey pepperoni. Pretty good!
S- Either a 100 calorie bag of popcorn or some cheese and crackers.
Liquid - 40 ounces of water, 2 - 8 oz protein drinks and 50 ounces of decaf iced tea
Vits - all
Exercise - some sit-ups and I jogged in place for about 7 minutes. It is too cold to go outside.
