OMG, good...lucious...just made it for tonight. Costco had the most amazing large, sweet strawberries already. 4 oz cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp SF chocolate syrup (we used Torani) 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 1 Tsp vanilla extract 1 Tsp splenda 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Beat with handmixer until fluffy and smooth. Refridgerate. We multipled this recipe by 4 and used 2 boxes of cream cheese, etc. I just got done licking the beater... yummm... Kathy

Hershey's makes a SF syrup you can buy at the grocery, but I gotta tell you, it's not the same. Thinner, flavor isn't as strong... It's 'okay'. I'll have to check into the Torani, though...

I used Torani. They often have it at World Market. Vitalady sells it in warmer weather. Torani has oodles of SF syrups sweetened w/ splenda.
