Gym is open (Thursday)

Today I worked my quads and calves. What fun. leg extensions incline leg raises thigh adductions calf raises shin raises 2 mile walk at the track this evening. I hope it cools down first. It was in the high 80s today. What did you do to work your muscles? Seven

Seven, After the blog write up, you'd think I'd have something to report today, right??? Wrong. My neighbor and I dutifully went to the gym at 5 am this morning, because I had an early meeting. They never showed up to open it. We waited until 5:45! So all I can say is, I did have my gym clothes on today at one point! Lori

Oh, I forgot to mention that she and I thought about taking a walk outside but it was raining and snowing so we wimped out...we have very different weather here in Utah then you do in Texas.

I did 15 laps around the track (12 laps is a mile) Leg extensions - using both feet Leg extensions - using only one foot - OUCH!!! These are WORK Leg curls someother leg thing I can't remember the name. Those of us who actually have "winter" don't feel sorry for you and your 80 degree weather in the slightest!! Laurie
