Sorry, I'm late! LND- Chicken stuffed with spinach, ham and swiss, rice pilaf with peas B- protein shake, fruit, zucchini bread L- banana, harvest bar, soy crisps D- will be hawaiian shrimp vits- all in water- at 42 excer- boot camp graduation tonight!

Love the new pic, Candi! Do you watch Starting Over? You look kinda like the girl, Jodi on there! Anyway, today I ate: B: 4 string cheese L: about 1 cup of corn, potato, ham chowder that I made for dinner last night and 1/2 small piece of French bread with margarine D: 3/4 of a seafood wrap from Subway with black olives and 1/2 individual bag of baked Ranch Doritos, about 1/2 hour after dinner had protein drink I'm baking some sf cookies and will probably eat one or two later. I will also likely have a snack around 9:30-ish or so (I don't go to bed until around 11:30-12 usually. Fluids: 64 oz diet green tea so far Vits: All in No exercise: Michelle
