Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Started at the gym on 01/14/06. Exercising 5 days a week. Don't know what that contributes to the mix. Doubt I've gained lbs of muscle this fast. Gosh, I just LOVEEEEEEEEEE my body. Kathy

You aren't alone!!!! Me too! It has become the usual way I loose now. I drop 3 or 4 pounds then gain a couple, then drop a couple. This process takes about 4 weeks. UGH!!!!
