Good Wednesday everybody! I walked 6 miles today. I also worked my hams and glutes.

Now I am going to go lay in a hot bath until the water goes cold. Then I will refill it with ho****er and soak some more!

The Cybex Monster is: Cybex Total Body Arc Trainer (gym also has Cybex Arc Trainer - which is the one I used today - didn't know the difference til I looked it up tonight.)

I did 20 minutes at level 1 set on the "Weight Loss" setting. Then played with it a minute here and a minute there on other settings before settling on 10 minutes at level 2 set on the "Interval" setting which varies the intensity throughout the workout.
This thing is interesting. Level 0-1 is x-country skiing, Level 2-3 is elliptical....up to Level 9-10 is climbing. I guess how it adjusts the leg things varies by setting. I did try 1 minute at level 9 while I was playing.
Doesn't seem to have aggravated my leg (back actually) at all. We'll see how it goes.
Tomorrow, warm-up and then upper body weights and abs.
Sunday, I'm going to go to try their Salsa exercise class. Chatted with one lady today who says it is a ton of fun.
