LNS- sugar free pops, a couple cookies, a spoonful of peanut butter
B- toast w/ peanut butter and s/f jelly
L- Balance trail mix bar, low sugar yogurt, banana
S- a few soy crisps
D- chicken breasts stuffed with swiss, ham and spinach
water- at 42

Pre-B: Protein Shake - Nectar Lemon Tea (33g)
1 piece of havarti w/ dill cheese after the gym
B: Cup o' Joe, 2 hard boiled eggs
L: Chicken salad
S1: Protein Shake - Nectar Lemon Tea (33g)
S2: Protein Shake - Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise (33g)
D: Pulled chicken (chicken cooked in taco seasoning and flaked), salsa, cheddar cheese sour cream
S: Protein Shake - Nectar Lemon Tea (23 or 33g - not sure yet)
Water: 16.9 oz propel at gym, 2 x 20 oz bottles = 56.9 as of right now
Vitamins: All taken except for evening calcium
Exercise: 20 minutes of the Cybex Arc Machine, level 1 weight loss setting, 10 minutes at level 2 interval setting
AM - prostat liquid protein
breakfast - carb control yogurt and half a protein bar - atkins
lunch - 3/4 cup of blackbean soup with dollop of fat free sour cream and 1/2 cup of cooked veggies
snack - 2 slices american cheese and saltines
dinner - 2 ounces of low fat cheddar with mustard, half cup of salad with light dressing
Water - more than 64 oz.

Vits and meds - got in all vits but still haven't refilled BP meds prescription
