Gym is open (Tuesday)
Hello everyone! I couldn't sleep last night and as a result I slept until 12:30 today. OMG, I haven't done that in years!
I worked my chest and triceps today.
bench press
close-grip bench press
seated ez-bar extensions
dumbbell pullovers
I will take my 2 mile walk this evening.
What did you guys do to work your muscles today?

Hi Seven,
Well, this was not one of my better days. I did go to the gym, but, did not complete my workout. See, I decided to drink a cup of Dieter's Tea last night, not realizing that this is really just a laxative. So, I had to run to the bathroom 2 times during my treadmill, so only got 15 minutes in, then did 15 minutes on the recumbant bike. Started my upper body workout but felt weak and dehydrated, so left with my proverbial tail between my legs!
