IM HUNGRY!
I have been meaning to ask you all this for awhile.
How many calories do you eat a day?
I have become a gym rat and am there at least 5 times a week. I know when I do my cardio I am burning about 400-500 calories and when I do my cardio plus weights it is probably more like 600 calories... right now I am eating roughly 1250 calories a day and sometimes I seem so hungry.
Do you think I should be eating more? How much are you guys eating? Are you exercising?
I averaged 618 calories a day this month with 60 grams of protein. I use fitday.com to track my intake. I lost 13 lbs. I'm rarely physically hungry, but I still struggle every minute with 'head hunger'.
I do strength training 5 days a week and walk 2 miles 4 days a week with a 5+ mile walk once a week.

I also workout 6 days per week doing cardio and strength training. I eat 1200-1300 calories per day and I'm hungry too!!!!! I usually get really hungry at about 3:30 in the afternoon, so I plan a snack at about that time - usually 2 slices of 2% american cheese and saltines. I will work out an hour or so later and have dinner between 7:30 and 8:00. My weightloss has been slow, but I think we're at the point where it's going to be slow from here on out - about a pound a week, if that much.

I get about 1200-1300 calories a day. Im rarely physically hungry because Im constantly drinking water but I notice that on the days I dont get all of it in I get hungry about 2-3 hours after eating. I workout for at least 40 min a day doing something(Curves, Treadmill, Stepper,etc). Maybe you need an extra snack or two. I usually burn about 300 calories at a time but 600 may require some extra fuel for the fire.
