What are you eating on Tuesday?
I'm back! I had every intention of being good this weekend on my cruise- but I was BAD. Oh well, it's a new day!
LND- cheese ravioli, cucumber/tomato salad, zucchini
B- protein shake
S- banana, protein bar
L- some soy crisps, 100 calorie graham cracker pack
D- will be a turkey burrito on a small low carb tortilla
will do another shake tonight
vits- still need calcium
excer- boot camp!
water- at 42 ounces, need about 50 more.
I'm having a very bad day all around!!! I've been in horrible pain last night and today from this hernia.
B - protein drink
L - cheese and turkey breast (OUCH, caused more pain)
S - protein bar - did ok on that
S - protein drink
D - ?? I don't even want to try to eat anything
vits - none today
water - none today
exercise - none today
Told you it was a very bad day!!! UGH, if I were a horse, they'd just put me down!!!!

Pre-B: Protein shake (33g)
B: Cup o' Joe, 2 hard boiled eggs
L: Homemade (Rich, that is) Chicken Salad (it rocks has walnuts in it)
S: Protein shake (33g)
S2: One magical peanut butter cookie that had SF choco chips in it
Dinner will be pulled chicken (slow cooked in water and reduced sodium taco seasoning and then flakes with a fork - yes, Rich again) warmed up with some salsa, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Ole!
Looks like it was a "fowl" day, eh? Groan!
Will have another protein shake before bed too.
Vitamins - got 'em except for evening dose of calcium
Water - 16.9 oz propel, 3 x 20 oz bottles of water thus far
Exercise - gym: 5 minutes on Cybex machine and then upper body weights and ab crunches.
AM - prostat liquid protein
breakfast - carb control yogurt and half a protein bar - atkins
lunch - 3/4 cup of blackbean soup with dollop of fat free sour cream and 1/2 cup of cooked veggies
snack - tablespoon of carb control peanut butter
snack #2 - 2 slices american cheese and saltines (okay, I'll be honest... it was quite a few saltines!)
dinner - 2 ounces of salmon, a cup or so (probably more) salad greens with light dressing, s/f gingersnaps with a bit of peanut butter for dessert
I feel like that was a "HUGE" amount of food. Don't even want to try to tally the calories.
Water - more than 64 oz.
Exercise - yes
Vits and meds - got in all vits but I ran out of BP meds and I haven't been to the pharmacy for a refill.
