Thought I'd fill in for Candi...
LND - small bean burrito
Pre B - Nectar 1.5 scoops
B - oatmeal
S - 3 pb crackers
L - 1.25 oz colby jack, 1 hard boiled egg,
S - 1 orange
S - 2 pb crackers
S - SF Venti NF latte
D - Chinese - a couple of pieces of pepper chicken, a piece of broccoli, a bite of veggie lo mein, a piece of beef, the guts of a crab rangoon, 2 small crab legs, a couple of mushrooms... whew! I'm stuffed!
Another day of feeling like I ate a ton... The funny part is, my weightloss has picked up again...
Water - eh, so-so, gonna do another 25 oz before bed
Vits - yep!
Exercise - I walked laps at work today, about 1 1/2 miles worth, plus, took Holden to the mall and made a few laps around there, too

LND- Nachos at the bowling alley.
B- 1 oz. chicken breast, 1/3 cup bluberries
S- South beach hi protien cereal bar
L-4 inches of a Subway Cheesesteak sandwich
D 1/2 cup of very meaty spagetti sauce and small slice of garlic bread
S South beach hi protien cereal bar
Water- around 56-60 oz.

I'm answering very very late...but I need to see this in writing, because I feel like I've been eating way too much lately.
B: Nectar protein shake
L: small salad (heavy on the kidney beans & cheese for protein)
D: 2 1/2 slices of lean ham wrapped around cheese sticks. Oh my gosh...what am I thinking?! 2 1/2 cheese sticks!!! It didn't stay down, of course (duh), so I ate another half slice of ham and half cheese stick to keep some protein in. Crimany. No wonder my weight loss has slowed so much.
S: sugar free popsicles. I still haven't kicked the habit
Lots of water today...yay.
took my vitamins like a good girl
only got in 15 minutes worth of laps around the building before I had to get in to work. Pulling overtime this week.
