I walked laps at work today - about 1.5 miles. I also did seated leg lifts at my desk for about 20 minutes... Took my son to the mall and did a few laps around there, too.

See - there is always a way to fit a workout in! Have you tried the butt clinches? They work well at the desk too! Seven
