Gym is open (Friday)
Today was abs and back. Some of it was easy, some of it - not so much. Here's the routine:
hip rolls
crunches
hands via knees crunches
seated knee tucks
supermans
broomstick twists
bent rows
sitting trunk flexions
single leg lifts
back extensions
2 mile walk this evening.
What did you do to work your muscles today?

I walked at the gym today. Then I tried some of the leg machines. I did:
leg press
leg extension
leg curl
My right leg is considerably weaker then the left. I did the leg press first with both legs (on the first weight) Then I did it with my right leg only and had to take off all the weight. Then I did the left leg only and could do it with the first weight on.
Sure gotta LONG way to go!!! But it was great to do something.
