Gym is open (Thursday)
I had a pretty intense session - 60 minute step aerobics class followed by lower body toning (Hips and Thighs of Steel), and a short ab session with Jane Fonda. I still can't complete all the ab exercises she does on that tape - there was more than one occasion when she was doing some insane crunch while I just laid on my exercise mat thinking "lady, you are on crack if you think I can do that!
