I did:
leg extensions
incline leg raises
thigh adductions
calf raises
shin raises
Hopefully, I will take a 2 mile walk this evening.

5 minutes warm up on the bicycle...
Lat pulls (4 x 12)
Seated chest pulls (4 x 12)
Chest press (4 x 12)
Tricep press (4 x 12)
3 way dumbell press (3 x 12)
Dumbell bicep curls (3 x 12)
Seated calf raises (4 x 12)
100 situps on the incline board
50 side situps on the incline board (or the obliques)

Seven, The other day you asked what my trainer has me do for the back. Sorry I did not get back to you before now. This is what I did today:
step-stradle step with squat (I used 5 steps)
Incline push ups (On a box type machine but you could do them on a counter)
Squat with upright rows (machine)
1 arm squated rows (machine)
straight arm lat pulldowns (machine)
Now that I look at it must have been a squat/back day.
