My workout was pretty light today if you don't count the EVIL incline leg raises. If you ever feel like torturing yourself, give them a try. OMG, they are the I did: leg extensions incline leg raises thigh adductions calf raises shin raises Hopefully, I will take a 2 mile walk this evening. What did you do to work your muscles today? 5 minutes warm up on the bicycle... Lat pulls (4 x 12) Seated chest pulls (4 x 12) Chest press (4 x 12) Tricep press (4 x 12) 3 way dumbell press (3 x 12) Dumbell bicep curls (3 x 12) Seated calf raises (4 x 12) 100 situps on the incline board 50 side situps on the incline board (or the obliques) Kathy

Overslept today so I only got a weight workout with my trainer. She worked my back again.

Seven, The other day you asked what my trainer has me do for the back. Sorry I did not get back to you before now. This is what I did today: step-stradle step with squat (I used 5 steps) Incline push ups (On a box type machine but you could do them on a counter) Squat with upright rows (machine) 1 arm squated rows (machine) straight arm lat pulldowns (machine) Now that I look at it must have been a squat/back day.

No problem! I am always looking for new exercises, especially for the back. Gotta keep it fresh. Unfortunately, my knees are shot, so anything with a 'squat' is out for me. Thanks for sharing! Seven

I got in 2.5 miles fast walk on the track. I'm noticing my foot drop the more I walk... ggggrrrr, it's the most annoying thing. But doc said it was OK to do whatever wtih it. tomorrows goal is 3 miles with ankle weights on!! Laurie
