B: Deli ham and cheese
L: Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich w/o the bun or pickle

S2: 1 oz peanuts, Power Crunch bar
D: Taylor ham w/ green beans, almonds and butter

Rich has stashed the SF chocolates. Calorically I wasn't overdoing it (or so I think)t but I suspect they are the reason for my weight gain. So much for net effective carbs my arse! Evil, plain and simple.
Water...16 oz propel, 2 - 20 oz bottles already downed. Working on bottle number 3.
Vitamins...got calcium in my future but otherwise I'm done.
Exercise...warmed up and then did weight machines and abs.

Pre B- Nectar 1.5 scoop
B - 1 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/4 cup diced peaches
L - boiled egg, 2/3 cup chili
S - 1.25 oz colby jack
S - granola bar
S - 1 sour dough pretzel
S - Venti SF Hazlenut NF Latte (I had class tonight)
D - 1.25 oz colby jack cheese, 1 small bean burrito
Vits - yep
water - so/so - about 50 oz
Exercise - walked
I feel like I ate a ton today. My stats are as follows:
Cal: 1396 (probably the highest or next to, since surgery)
Fat:46
Carbs: 116
Protein: 126
Carbs a somewhat high for me (thanks to the Starbucks) but my nut keeps telling me to keep them over 100. Fat was good. Protein was over the top! All together, not a bad day, but taken in pieces, seems like a lot of excess. What do ya'll think?
Breakfast - Atkins bar 20 grams
Lunch - 1 cup bean soup and half cup mixed veggies 5 grams (sounds like a lot, but that bean soup was very thin).
Snack - 2 slices 2% american cheese and saltines - 10 grams
Dinner - 2 ounces cheddar with mustard and one cup of salad greens with light dressing - 14 grams
Snack - quite a few s/f ginger snaps
Vits and Meds - yes
protein - got in 49 grams
Water - yes
Exercise - yes
