Seven, Wow, a 6 mile stroll! I wonder if I could do that? Now, you have made me want to try! Anyway, I did go to the gym on Wednesday. Had to drag myself there as I was not very motivated, but, was fine once I was there. Cardio: 30 minutes treadmill 4.0 mph Lower body workout: Reverse Crunch w/Squat Shuffle Supine SB Oblique Crunch Multi Planar Step Ups Seated SB Shoulder Press w/Fly Machine Leg Press Machine Calf Raises Machine Leg Curls Lateral Raise w/Machine Rear Delt Lori

Hmmm a challenge? I have to tel lyou that before my surgery I couldn't walk 6 blocks and to think I'm even contemplating trying to walk 6 miles is an amazing thing! I just found out my BMI has went from 57 to 38! Woohoo! Now I'm just "obese". Lori
