Wow, a 6 mile stroll! I wonder if I could do that? Now, you have made me want to try!
Anyway, I did go to the gym on Wednesday. Had to drag myself there as I was not very motivated, but, was fine once I was there.
Cardio: 30 minutes treadmill 4.0 mph
