B: Cup o' Joe, shaved deli ham and cheddar cheese
L: Boston Market Caesar Salad with Rotisserie Chicken on it (nixed the corn muffin and the dead bread)

S2: One small slice cheddar (leftover from this a.m.)
Not sure what is on tap for dinner. Green beans w/almonds and butter perhaps courtesy of Ho Ho Ho - Green Giant. For protein, not sure yet. But something.
Evening S: Will be yet another protein.
