LND- meatloaf, peas, a bite of mashed potatoes, a bite of a bavarian wheat roll B- protein shake S- yogurt, banana, granola L- Lean Cuisine panini D- not sure, maybe a Subway wrap. I've announced to the family that I'm not cooking tonight!

LND - Burrito with ground beef and cheese - but only ate 1/2 of it. B- 1/2 cup o.juice and a protein shake L- small salad and about 3/4 cup of Lasagna S - Protein Shake D - not sure, I serve tonight so if its anything it will be very late

Pre-B: Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake (33 grams) B: Cup o' Joe, shaved deli ham and cheddar cheese L: Boston Market Caesar Salad with Rotisserie Chicken on it (nixed the corn muffin and the dead bread) S: Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake (33 grams) S2: One small slice cheddar (leftover from this a.m.) Not sure what is on tap for dinner. Green beans w/almonds and butter perhaps courtesy of Ho Ho Ho - Green Giant. For protein, not sure yet. But something. Evening S: Will be yet another protein. Kathy

Hey Candi, This has not been a good day for me. It seems like I have been eating all day long. Definately will redeem myself tommorow. B-2 Kashi Go Lean blueberry waffles with 1/4c sf syrup S-protein shake L-1oz almonds and one string cheese S-100 calorie pack, 1c grapes(about an hour apart) D-SB frozen pizza S-2 sf popsickles TOO MANY CARBS!! I did get in 100 oz water, 30 min of exercise at Curves, and vit Candy
