Gym is open (Tuesday)
I did a 60 minute light aerobic workout - 50 minute cardio and 10 minutes of standing leg work. It was "very light" - I barely broke a sweat. I had cramps, so I didn't feel like doing any intense exercises. I hope I at least burned enough calories to make up for some of the s/f cookies I scarfed down!
