Dumbbell Chest Press
Supine Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Single Leg Dumbbell Curls
Band Internal/External Rotation
Cable Twist
Wide Grip Seated Row
Incline Dumbbell Chest Fly w/close grip pull Down
I have sent an email to my trainer telling him it is time for a new workout. I was afraid to do it, but, it is time...probably get one on Saturday.
