Today is day two of my new routine. I work my triceps/chest. Bench Press Close-grip Bench Press Seated EZ-bar Extensions Dumbbell Pullovers 2 mile walk at the track. That's my day, what did you do to work your muscles? Seven

Oh lets see... 5 mins on the exercise bike to warm up 3 sets of 12 for the following: Calf raises Lats Chest pulls Chest press Tricep press Bicep curls 3 Way Arm Presses 50 situps on the slant board 25 twisting situps each side (for the obliques) Think that's it... Kathy

I walked 1.5 miles and then 1 hour with the trainer doing al kinds of powerful things for my back and butt.

Seven, Today I did: Cardio: 20 minutes treadmill, 4.0 mph 10 minutes stationary bike upper body workout: Opposite Arm Leg Raise SB Wt Crunch Dumbbell Chest Press Supine Dumbbell Triceps Extension Single Leg Dumbbell Curls Band Internal/External Rotation Cable Twist Wide Grip Seated Row Incline Dumbbell Chest Fly w/close grip pull Down I have sent an email to my trainer telling him it is time for a new workout. I was afraid to do it, but, it is time...probably get one on Saturday. Lori

Seven, I got an email from my trainer today, he said he is unavailable until next Saturday. That is okay, another week on this routine is fine with me! Lori

I wasn't as ambitious as you girls - but I did take my puppies for a nice long walk - dunno how far - but it was about a 45 min. walk. Caren
