LND- protein pasta, meatballs B- protein shake S- yogurt, granola, banana L- panini (Lean Cuisine) D- meatloaf, mashed potatoes, some sort of veggie vits- need calcium water- will get 100 excer- boot camp!

B-Oatmeal L-Spaghetti (whole wheat) Bolognese (YUM!) S-Protein Shake D-probably steak, haven't decided yet Vit-done water-36 so far, should be able to get another 48 to 54 oz. exercise-tonight is 1 hr aerobic or fat burning...not sure yet.

Pre Breakfast - protein drink (26 grams) Breakfast - scrambled egg and whole wheat muffin (12 grams) Lunch - Tuna and 6 wheat crackers (23 grams) Snack - will be protein drink (26 grams) Dinner - ??? Sanck - will be protein drink (26 grams) wooo hoooo 113 grams of protein withOUT including dinner!!!! Vits - UGH!!! I'm on a Mega Vitamin Regamin, but getting them all in today. Water - I've done about 30 oz so far (NOT including protein drinks) Exercise - Strapped on my ankle weights and walked the track for 45 minutes. Fun - went to the tanner again today, I could get addicted to that!! Laurie

Candi, I missed your post on yesterday, glad I was able to catch it today. Thanks for doing this. LND - Chicken Quesadilla (3 pcs) B- Protein Shake S- Chicken Fajita Tender Cuts (4) L- Tuna Wrap (Subway) D- Undecided Vit - Done for the morning still need evening water - will get 72 oz at least today exercise- 30 minutes on bike and upper body

pre-breakfast ; coffee B. 1 Hard boiled egg on 1/2 lt. multigrain english muffin, 1 teasp. mayo L. 1 Hard boiled egg on 1/2 lt. eng. muffin, 1 teasp. mayo S. 1/2 can of tomato soup w/water D. 3 oz. steak, 1/3 c. broccoli and cauliflower, 4 peach slices, 2 baby carrots S. 1/2 c. ****onut custard w/ cool whip S. 1/2 can tomato soup w/ water, coffee 32 oz coffee, 2 oatmeal cookies 40 oz. CL vitamins in exercise, skipped today: cuz lower back and down L leg in awful pain all day. * Hope to get to the pool tomorrow to work out and ease this aching and later to make it to Curves.
