Pre Breakfast - protein drink (26 grams)
Breakfast - scrambled egg and whole wheat muffin (12 grams)
Lunch - Tuna and 6 wheat crackers (23 grams)
Snack - will be protein drink (26 grams)
Dinner - ???
Sanck - will be protein drink (26 grams)
wooo hoooo 113 grams of protein withOUT including dinner!!!!
Vits - UGH!!! I'm on a Mega Vitamin Regamin, but getting them all in today.
Water - I've done about 30 oz so far (NOT including protein drinks)
Exercise - Strapped on my ankle weights and walked the track for 45 minutes.
Fun - went to the tanner again today, I could get addicted to that!!

exercise, skipped today: cuz lower back and down L leg in awful pain all day.
