Anyone see Dr Phil today?

Today Dr Phil had on a variety of guest who had dramatic changes to their bodies for the good. I didn't see the first 20 min but I did see a girl who had WLS and has lost 140lbs and the winner of The Swan reality show. They were talking about their difficulty seeing their new body for what it is even though others she a thin beautiful woman. The WLS girl was having some troubles with her flirting when out in public. She didn't think it was a problem but her husband did! The whole thing made me think about alot of the stuggles we are all having right now. I thought about Vicki and her getting hit on and it being completely unsolicited and how I may flirt a little more than I ever did before and even realize. I know that I have learned that although I may not see myself any different others see me as a hotty! LOL And I sure don't want to **** off my friends or my husband. He suggested reading his book Self Matters and said he was going to put some other info about body image on his web site. I have the book, got it at Goodwill for $1.25, guess it is time to bust it out and start reading it on the treadmill! Just some food for thought from ol' Dr Phil! Sometimes I really hate that man for being so right!!! Jen

Jen, I record Dr. Phil every day. I don't always get i****ched however. After I read this post from you, I went in and watched today's show. Boy, could I relate. I'm going to buy his Self Matters book tomorrow! I wish I could find it at as good a price as you did!
