Gym is open (Monday)
I'm back! My pouch decided the chicken was too dry and sent it back. I eat chicken everyday, usually 3 times a day, but I heated this up in the microwave. Apparently not a great idea. Live and learn.
I started my new workout schedule a week early. I just couldn't wait. I will concentrate on 2/3 sets of muscles a day. Today it was Biceps/Shoulders/Foreams.
Upright Rows
Lateral Raises
Curls
Reverse Curls
Wrist Curls
Reverse Wrist Curls
I am headed out to the track for my 2 mile walk.

You ladies all amaze me with your workouts, keep up your good work.
Today I had the time to go to the pool and do one hour of deep water walking. It is still so funny to me to have to use a flotation belt to add bouyancy, but I really enjoy water walking, whereas the treadmill is such a chore.

ps: the exercise has broken the weight loss plateau. After four weeks of this last plateau, I've now lost over six pounds in 11 days.
