Gym is open (Monday)
Did you chew some papaya enzyme?
I went to the gym after two days off (except for dancing on Saturday) and hit the treadmill. Did my requisite 2 mile run.
Tomorrow will be a warm-up at the gym and some upper body weight work and some ab work. Not supposed to do alot since I had my thyroid biopsy today but I won't overdo.

I'm sure if it is "something" the good doc will call me. But I'm not expecting it to be anything but benign. I'm supposed to meet with him next Monday for the results.
My post-op WLS surgeon wants to do my parathyroid surgery. (He didn't do my WLS - that doctor moved to the other coast.) I was teasing him today at my appointment. "Oh, so you want to operate on me again, do you?" He was laughing. He did my gallbladder surgery and is a fine surgeon and very thorough. So I'm in great hands.
Papaya enzyme has kept me from hurling a few times. It is a life saver. Though sometimes it isn't enough. It is the active ingredient in meat tenderizer. I keep the tablets in my purse in "case". Don't need them often but am grateful to have them. If I have any doubts about the status of the food in my stomach, I chew a couple.

2.25 miles on the treadmill and some stretchs and arm weights. All at home, no time for the gym today...daughter home from school for some silly teacher work day. They were home last Mon for Martin Luter King Day.
Sorry about that chicken! It sure has ruined my day many times. I think I may have finally given it up ****il I try it again!)
