LND- steak, broccoli, a few baked fries B- protein shake S- dry roasted edamame L- Lean Cuisine panini S- Barilla protein pasta w/turkey sweet italian sausage, turkey meatballs water- it's still early, I'll get 80 oz vits- need calcium excer- boot camp tonight!

B - protein drink L - cheese and turkey breast S - protein drink D - will be gourmet tuna on whole wheat crackers water - I've done 30 so far vits - taken on schedule exercise - walked over a mile Pretty good day so far... bit low on over all calories though

AM - dose of liquid protein syrup b - protein bar l - 3/4 cup navy bean soup, 1/2 cup squash and broccoli casserole s - 2 slices 2% cheese and a few crackers d - fish and some veggie - probably more squash and broccoli vitamins and meds - yes water - will get in 64 oz exercise - 3 mile walk and upper body weights

Pre B: Protein shake (33 grams) B: Cup o' Joe 2 deviled eggs (yummers) L: Tuna salad (1 can's worth) 1 very small piece of pizza (we had a party at work - it didn't sit great) S: Protein shake (33 grams) Not sure what is on tap for dinner yet. Will have another protein shake tonight after dinner. Water: 16 oz Propel at gym this a.m., working on my 3rd 20 oz bottle of plain water Vitamins: still have some calcium to take - all others checked off Exercise: ran 2 miles this morning

PreB- coffee with 1 scoop Any Whey protein (17gms) and sugarfree hazelnut coffeemate B- 2 eggs over easy 2 turkey sausage links (IHOP with my daughter) L- Slimfast Low Carb shake D- Yummu yummy grilled salmon I just made S- prob a shake of some turkey chees roll ups about 60 oz H2O so far and all my vitamins and even some exercise This has been a pretty good day I am trying hard to get back to basics

LND - 4 crackers with nsa pb, small banana w/ nsa pb Pre B - Nectar B - 6 oz low carb yogurt w 1/4 cup Life cereal L - 1 slice of deli ham, 1 1/2 oz colby jack cheese, 1 boiled egg S - orange S - 1 1/2 oz colby jack cheese, granola bar S - Starbucks NF SF Hazlenut Latte (I had class tonight, no dinner until 9) D - small beef/bean burrito Water - close to 100oz Vits - Done Exercise - walked 2 miles on track before class

B. coffee w/SF cocoa, lite yogurt w/flax seed 1 hr. later L. 1 taco, 1 T. refried beans, 1 bite of Chile reinos S. 4 peanut btr crackers, coffee w/SF cocoa D. 1 Chile reinos, 2 T refried beans, 1 spoonful guacamole S. lite yogurt w/ flax seed, 1 sl. deli ham w/ 1/2 teasp. mayo 3 rasberry hard candies Vitamins work out at Curves 32 oz. coffee 60 oz. CL
