What are we eating in Monday?
AM - dose of liquid protein syrup
b - protein bar
l - 3/4 cup navy bean soup, 1/2 cup squash and broccoli casserole
s - 2 slices 2% cheese and a few crackers
d - fish and some veggie - probably more squash and broccoli
vitamins and meds - yes
water - will get in 64 oz
exercise - 3 mile walk and upper body weights
Pre B: Protein shake (33 grams)
B: Cup o' Joe
2 deviled eggs (yummers)
L: Tuna salad (1 can's worth)
1 very small piece of pizza (we had a party at work - it didn't sit great)
S: Protein shake (33 grams)
Not sure what is on tap for dinner yet. Will have another protein shake tonight after dinner.
Water: 16 oz Propel at gym this a.m., working on my 3rd 20 oz bottle of plain water
Vitamins: still have some calcium to take - all others checked off
Exercise: ran 2 miles this morning
PreB- coffee with 1 scoop Any Whey protein (17gms) and sugarfree hazelnut coffeemate
B- 2 eggs over easy 2 turkey sausage links (IHOP with my daughter)
L- Slimfast Low Carb shake
D- Yummu yummy grilled salmon I just made
S- prob a shake of some turkey chees roll ups
about 60 oz H2O so far and all my vitamins and even some exercise
This has been a pretty good day
