Gym is open (Sunday)
It looks like everyone was as lazy as I was yesterday. I didn't do a darn thing! Today, on the other hand, I have been moving my bootay! I bought a new scale and it has me up 2 lbs. We cannot have that! So I started in on the WATP videos. I have done the weight loss 2.5 mile, the 2 mile, and the miracle mile! If I can muster up some more energy I will go at it some more. Those 2 lbs must be removed!

I'm proud to say I did get in 6 days of exercise this week. Today was my break day. I'm still getting housework done though. Last night, I had a very nice wow moment. I went to dinner with friends, then walked 3 blocks up a very steep hill to go to see a comedienne (Bill Maher) and I made it! Woohoo! All this exercising is paying off. I not only made it, I kept up! I could never have done this a year ago.
