Hello Guys, It's me, L. Rice. I am so sorry that I haven't posted in a while, I have been busy at work (school) and running, running, running. I feel that I really can't enjoy this great weight loss because I am soooo busy. Well, today I am going to church and coming back home and then going to the mall. I just want to try on clothes and see how they look and feel on me. I am running on the treadmill. (Yeah me) I am up to 3 miles and I am doing the walk-away the pounds tapes each day as well. Exercise has become a part of me since this surgery and if I don't do it, I feel out of sort. Anyway, I'm wearing a size 14-16 pants, and large and medium shirt from the Missess section. Just depends on how it's made. I have bat wings and flappy thighs. I am not complaining though, just stating the facts. I have lost about 110 pounds now and have about 25 to my personal goal. I am 6 pounds from my doctors goal. Life is busy, God is great, and we are all blessed. Lakisha

Good for you Lakisha! I think your exercising is great! And you are really doing great with the weight loss! Keep it up! I've now lost 124 lbs and still have 90 to go...but, I'm getting there. I'm exercising 6 days a week for one hour a day and like you, feel out of sorts if I don't. Woohoo for us! Lori 384/260.5/168
