Didn't go to water aerobics because I had something it would conflict with, so got my butt out of bed and went to the gym at 7 am and did mostly cardio. 25 minutes on treadmill and 13 minutes on stationary bike. Then I did a little upper body stuff that I had missed on Friday because I ran out of time.
