Gym is open (Friday)
Seven, yes, I did go to the gym yesterday morning and did my 2 mile jog/run.
Today headed to the gym and did a recumbent bicycle warm up followed by my weight machines.
No gym tomorrow...headed to a conference. Not sure about Sunday either depends on when we get home. Monday, fer sure.
BTW, gym count for the week = 6 days!

I'm going to bite my tongue saying this...
But I feel so energized, strong and just plain GOOD this week. Let me see - what could be the cause of that... hmmm, could it be the fact I'm getting up more than an hour earlier each morning? Probably not.
Or perhaps could be it be that I'm exercising and it is doing great things for my body and spirit? Ummm, yea, that's it!

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.7 mph
Then my upper body workout:
Opposite Arm Leg Raise
SB Wt Crunch
Dumbbell Chest Press
Supine Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Single Leg Dumbbell Curls
Band Internal/External Rotation
Cable Twist
Wide Grip Seated Row
Incline Dumbbell Chest Fly w/close grip pull Down
So, I've got my 5 days in this week at the gym. I'm hoping to make it to water aerobics tomorrow!
