Gym is open (Thursday)
Hey Lori, I second the water aerobics suggestion. I used to do it and many of the other people there had arthritis (sp?). Anyway, it was a lot of fun and an excellent workout.
Yesterday (Thursday), I did a 60 minute step aerobics class. It felt incredible to finish the whole thing and I feel very blessed that God enabled me to do that! It was also upper body weight training day, so I lifted weights with Denise Austin.
