What are you eating on Thursday?
LND - 1/3 of the insides of a chicken fajita lean pocket, a few baby carrots, a 1" x 1" piece of my son's grilled cheese
Today hasn't been a good day for me, protein wise...
B - oatmeal
S - a few baby carrots
L - 2/3 cup beef barley soup
D - I have class tonight, so I'll probably eat a granola bar there and find something quick when I get home
I didn't have time to make my Nectar this morning cuz I was running late so I figured I'd make it at work. Never happened, so I KNOW I'm really low on protein, although I probably won't log it until late tonight. Oh well, tomorrow's another day.
Vits - still need last calcium
water - good, 3-4 16 oz bottles plus I'm working on 25oz right now
Exercise - I'm going to class early tonight and parking on the opposite end of campus to get a walk in - it's 50 degrees and sunny today!
I ate way too much yesterday and last night after dinner I felt so nauseatious(sp?). I thought to myself why did you do this to yourself?
So today has been much better.
B- one egg scrambled with 1/4c 5 cheese blend
S-protein shake
L- my usual- 1 oz almonds and one string cheese, nope still not tired of it yet
S-low carb yogurt
D-another protein shake
S-1c strawberries
took vit and had 100oz water
20 min on stepper and 20 min on stationary bike
