Gym is open (Wednesday)
OK, I haven't exactly done anything physical yet today. I am getting ready to go out for my 'long distance' walk. I figured had better open them gym doors first, just in case I keel over on the side of the road from exhaustion! My husband gets off work in 2 hours and will pick me up on the side of the road. Does that sound as bad as I think it does? Anyway, wish me luck!

20 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes recumbant bike
Reverse Crunch w/Squat Shuffle
Supine SB Oblique Crunch
Multi Planar Step Ups
Seated SB Shoulder Press w/Fly
Machine Leg Press
Machine Calf Raises
Machine Leg Curls
Lateral Raise w/Machine Rear Delt
It was hard today for some reason, but I made it!

I survived!!! It took me over 2 hours but I walked 5 miles! I am so excited. Well, truthfully I am so exhausted. I swear I walked on every possible surface. I started on sidewalks from my house. When I reached the bayfront the variety began. I walked on concrete, asphalt, dirt, grass, gravel, crushed shell, and then to end the walk, and believe me this is the last surface you want to end a 5 mile walk on, soft sand. Whew! It was a beautiful day though. Not a cloud in the sky, about 68 degrees, but WINDY.
Anywho, that is what I have done today. I have not decided whether I will do my strength training.
