LND- 1/2 sirloin burger on wheat, a couple bites of beans B- wheat Ritz w/ peanut butter L- protein pudding w/banana, granola D- chicken and shrimp fajitas water- will have 42 ounces before 2, then probably 64 more this evening vits- need calcium and b12 when I get home excer- Boot Camp (which is totally kicking my butt!)

B - 3 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese S - finished breakfast and had 3 ****tail dills L - 1 oz chicken, 1 oz ff cheese, 1 C salad, .5 C artichoke hearts S - sf cocoa D - 1 oz chicken, 1 oz ff cheese, 1 C salad, .5 C artichoke hearts S - oatmeal (if I want a snack)

LND - 2/3 of a Lean Cuisine Turkey and veggie meal Pre B - scoop and a half of nectar B - 3/4 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pears L - 1 orange, 2.5 oz colby jack, South Beach Bar S - South Beach Bar D - no idea... Water - about 60 oz so far Vits - just my calcium left to take Exercise -
