What are you eating on Wednesday?
LND- 1/2 sirloin burger on wheat, a couple bites of beans
B- wheat Ritz w/ peanut butter
L- protein pudding w/banana, granola
D- chicken and shrimp fajitas
water- will have 42 ounces before 2, then probably 64 more this evening
vits- need calcium and b12 when I get home
excer- Boot Camp (which is totally kicking my butt!)
