Lost 3 more lbs!!!

I want to thank everyone for there advice. I posted earlier about not losing enough weight,well I went to the gym again and weighed myself and lost 3lbs. I was at a huge stall for a good 2 months. I was at 266 and now I am at 263. I guess working out does pay off. Rosie 329/263/?

Good for you! You can do this. It is work, but it is worth it. I wasn't one of those people who yoyo dieted. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't lose weight. Now, thanks to WLS, I can! It ain't easy, but it is finally do-able. And you can do this too. Slow and steady wins the race. Seven

Thanks Seven, Ya know I thought that by having this surgery I wasn't going to need to work this hard. Well compare to not having the surgery this isnt hard,but I just thought that this was going to be a piece of cake that I didnt need to workout or watch what I ate. I really did go into this blindly. I had so many patients that had the surgery and they never said that I had to watch what I ate or that I needed to workout. Its just like another diet,or should I say a life style. Becky,you are so right! It was just a long plateau. Now what do I expect? Is it going to be a steady losing streak for awhile? Or is this just a stroke of luck? I know that I need to continue to watch my eating and keep on my workout,but is the plateau going to stop for now? Well thanks for you support and hey Becky, You are beautiful girl. God bless, Rosie
