Gym is open (Tuesday)
To be honest, I really don't feel like working out today, but a short while ago I had an obscene encounter with some Cheetos. It was obscene due to the amount I ate - it was at least 350 - 400 calories worth. So I guess I'd better move my rump to try to burn some off.
I just bought the Shape Bikini Body Cardio workout DVD so I guess I'l do that. It's about an hour of cardio plus 18 minutes of lower body toning and ab work (I think the toning segment is pilates).
Cardio day today. Ran 2 miles again! Was harder today than Sunday due to already sore muscles but I worked with it.
Tomorrow is a much needed day of rest. Giving my body a much needed break.
Thursday - well, I haven't decided if it will be cardio or weights. I don't really have time for both in the a.m. Of Thursday/Friday - one will be cardio and one will be weights. Saturday we are off to a conference and if we get back in time Sunday...we'll hit the gym.
