What are you eating on Tuesday?
Pre-B: Protein Shake, 2 pieces of muenster
Pre-B#2: Two SF peanut butter cookies w/ SF choco chips (the ones made w/ splenda, PB, egg and vanilla - that's all) and cup o' joe
B: Deli ham w/ muenster cheese
L: Italian sausage and peppers/onions
S: Protein Shake
S2: Protein Shake
D: Boiled shrimp, ****tail sauce, lemon with a side of green beans w/ almonds
S: Protein Shake
I'm adding in an extra protein shake (23 grams) into my day because I've been working out. Figured I need the extra cals and protein.

B - scrambled egg and whole wheat english muffin (12 g)
S - sf hot choc with protein (26 g)
L - sf cookie, ugh just not hungry at all
D - ?? need 10 grams of protein for dinner
S - will be another sf hot choc with protein (26 g)
That'll be 100 grams of protein. Still not getting in enough water though.

Today has been "BAAAAADDDD"
AM - 2 tablespoons Prostat liquid protein - 15 grams
b - 4 ounces Carb Control yogurt and half an Atkins bar - 13 grams.
Then, all hell broke loose.....
Cheetos. A lot of Cheetos.
Two slices of 2% cheese and saltines. A lot of saltines.
a small handful of light Doritos.
Needless to say, I now have a bellyache.
For dinner - I'll probably try to salvage the day and have a salad with light dressing and a double shot of Prostat liquid protein.
Water - will get in more than 64 oz
Vitamins and meds - not yet.
Exercise - I hope so.

LND - about 4 oz steak, 1/2 cup broccoli w/cheese, 1 teaspoon wild rice
Pre B - Nectar (1.5 scoops)
B: 3/4 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pear chunks (in water)
L: 3/4 cup chili
S: 3 oz colby jack, 1 sour dough pretzel
D: No idea... I've been having internet connection issues for the last two days and am about to pull my hair out... I'll be lucky if I don't eat the phone, the puter, the kids and the dog by the time I'm done...
Vits - all except last calcium
Water - good today, about 80 oz so far
Exercise -
B: 1 egg scrambled with a few baby spinach leaves and a blend of Med. cheeses, 2 slices turkey bacon
L: None
S: 2 string cheese
D: about 1/2-3/4 cup (total) spaghetti with homemade sauce (ground turkey, turkey It. sausage, tomatoes spices), 1 breadstick, and about 1/2 cup salad with 1000 Island free dressing. DANG that seems like a lot.
S: later will either be a protein shake or some of my protein dessert
Vits: One more calcium to go
Water: 16 oz water, 24 oz propel, cup of Mango tea (decaf), and will be drinking lots more water or sf kool-aid tonight.
Exercise: MAN can I tell I've not been for a while! I went to the gym today after a 3 month absence and did 15 min on the bike, 15 min on the elliptical and worked the upper body. I had to lower some of my weights from what I used to do because it was too much. It was frustrating, but what do I expect?
