LND- green chile chicken enchilada, a bite of rice and a bite of beans LNS- sugar free pudding with crushed chocolate graham crackers B- deli ham, cheddar cheese, 2 crackers S- protein shake and a pria bar L- Lean Cuisine panini D- will be a grilled burger w 1/2 a bun

Pre-B: Protein Shake, 2 pieces of muenster Pre-B#2: Two SF peanut butter cookies w/ SF choco chips (the ones made w/ splenda, PB, egg and vanilla - that's all) and cup o' joe B: Deli ham w/ muenster cheese L: Italian sausage and peppers/onions S: Protein Shake S2: Protein Shake D: Boiled shrimp, ****tail sauce, lemon with a side of green beans w/ almonds S: Protein Shake I'm adding in an extra protein shake (23 grams) into my day because I've been working out. Figured I need the extra cals and protein. Kathy

mine is: B - protien shake made of mootopia and 2 scoops of protien powder a cup of coffee 40 oz. water, 1 string cheese S- 2 handfuls of cashews L - about 1 oz of peperoni and 2 string cheeses D - probley chow mein. Throught the day another 40 + oz of water.

Pre B - sf hot choc with protein (26 g) B - scrambled egg and whole wheat english muffin (12 g) S - sf hot choc with protein (26 g) L - sf cookie, ugh just not hungry at all D - ?? need 10 grams of protein for dinner S - will be another sf hot choc with protein (26 g) That'll be 100 grams of protein. Still not getting in enough water though. Laurie

Today has been "BAAAAADDDD" AM - 2 tablespoons Prostat liquid protein - 15 grams b - 4 ounces Carb Control yogurt and half an Atkins bar - 13 grams. Then, all hell broke loose..... Cheetos. A lot of Cheetos. Two slices of 2% cheese and saltines. A lot of saltines. a small handful of light Doritos. Needless to say, I now have a bellyache. For dinner - I'll probably try to salvage the day and have a salad with light dressing and a double shot of Prostat liquid protein. Water - will get in more than 64 oz Vitamins and meds - not yet. Exercise - I hope so.

Tracy, you're making me laugh... I feel you, woman... I did great all day. Then, I came home to more internet connection problems. Spent 1 hour on the phone with Verizon yesterday for them to tell me it wasn't their problem, call Microsoft. Spent 1/2 hour WAITING on hold for Microsoft for them to tell me it wasn't their problem, call HP. Spent 20 minutes WAITING on hold for HP for them to tell me it wasn't their problem, call Microsoft back. Miraculously, a couple of hours after that, my connection came back. No problem this morning, but this afternoon, no connection... Sigh... Spend 45 minutes dinking with my puter, powering down, unplugging modem, etc., etc. Finally break down and call Verizon again, little mechanical voice tells me their experiencing high call volume, my wait will be "More than 30 minutes". Start pacing in the kitchen, snarf down 2 chunks of cheese, tear open the pretzel box and eat a pretzel (HUGE sourdough pretzel). I can't LIVE without my internet connection. Commandeer my DH's half beef he left sitting on the table. Connection comes back on... Sigh... Did I mention I'm also PMS-ing???

LND - about 4 oz steak, 1/2 cup broccoli w/cheese, 1 teaspoon wild rice Pre B - Nectar (1.5 scoops) B: 3/4 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pear chunks (in water) L: 3/4 cup chili S: 3 oz colby jack, 1 sour dough pretzel D: No idea... I've been having internet connection issues for the last two days and am about to pull my hair out... I'll be lucky if I don't eat the phone, the puter, the kids and the dog by the time I'm done... Vits - all except last calcium Water - good today, about 80 oz so far Exercise -

B: 1 egg scrambled with a few baby spinach leaves and a blend of Med. cheeses, 2 slices turkey bacon L: None S: 2 string cheese D: about 1/2-3/4 cup (total) spaghetti with homemade sauce (ground turkey, turkey It. sausage, tomatoes spices), 1 breadstick, and about 1/2 cup salad with 1000 Island free dressing. DANG that seems like a lot. S: later will either be a protein shake or some of my protein dessert Vits: One more calcium to go Water: 16 oz water, 24 oz propel, cup of Mango tea (decaf), and will be drinking lots more water or sf kool-aid tonight. Exercise: MAN can I tell I've not been for a while! I went to the gym today after a 3 month absence and did 15 min on the bike, 15 min on the elliptical and worked the upper body. I had to lower some of my weights from what I used to do because it was too much. It was frustrating, but what do I expect?
