Help! Not losing enough!!!!!
Is it possible with all the trips to the gym that you are not eating/drinking enough???
That you are placing your body in starvation mode??
Just some thoughts?
Im hypothyroid as well and even have had to up my dose due to malabsorption but am still losing wt...
talk to your surg and/or nutritionist.... maybe they have some ideas??

I agree with the others. Check with your doctor, use fitday to track everything that goes into your mouth, and keep up the exercise. I also invite you to join the "What are you eating today" and "Gym is open" posts. They really help you stay on track if you know you are going to tell all of us what you ate and how much you exercised everyday. Good luck and I hope to see you posting everyday!!
