LND- chicken teriyaki and garlic mashed potatoes, salad w/bleu cheese B- protein shake L- thin crust pizza slice D- I made green chile enchiladas - a tray of chicken and a tray of shrimp- I'll try both vits- yes water- 45 ounces excers- boot camp!

B - strawberries, breakfast protein bar S - popcorn, a few gummies L- 2 strips of beef fajita meat, 1 sm. chick fajita strip, 1/2 tortilla, a few onions, cheese, 2 bites of beans S- sf popsicle D- lasagna LNS- protein shake and probably some fruit I've been a bit under the weather so I haven't been doing my exercise but I've been getting in my vits and liquids Boot camp sounds exciting!!! I need to start getting ready for a 5K next month.

LND - 1/2 cup salad with carrot and cucumber, 2 small bites of baked potato and 4 oz of grouper (yummy!) Pre B - SF Hazlenut Latte B - South Beach PB bar L - 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 5 baby carrots, 3/4 oz of colby jack and 2 crackers S - 5 baby carrots S - SF Hazlenut NF Latte D - We're having steak and broccoli Vits - Yep, except for my last calcium Water - not too good, trying to pick it up tonight Exercise - nada

B- 1/2 a multi grain english muffin, toasted with a teaspoon of sugar free grape jelly, 1 egg scrambled with 1 slice of american cheese. 8 oz of Fat Free hot chocolate, mixed with a scoop of protein powder. 8 oz of milk. 12 oz of Crystal Light 8 oz of light O.J. L- 1/2 a multi grain english muffin, 2 oz of turkey lunchmeat, a slice of american cheese and a dab of mayo. 30 oz of water S- 2 squares of sugar free Godiva chocolate 12 oz of decaf iced tea 22 oz protein smoothie from Planet Smoothie (LOVE THEM!!) D- Lean Cuisine mushroom and spinach pizza 16 oz of decaf iced tea S- 1/2 a Rockin' Roll protein bar I took all my vitamins, I don't have a problem with remembering to take them. And for exercise, I walked with my dog for about 40 minutes and then we went to the beach and walked on the sand for about 10 minutes. Do you think it sounds like I eat alot?? I have recently been writing down my food and fluid intake. I feel like I eat so much more than someone who is 8 months post-op. Thanks! Stacy 346/190

B - 1 cup oatmeal with protein added S - 1 oz cheese and 1 oz turkey breast L - Burgery King cheese burger no bun S - S.F. hot choc. with protein added D - 1 oz cheese and 1 oz turkey breast S - just finishing s.f hot choc. with protein added Grand total of 104 grams of protein today!!! But only 20 oz of water (boohoo) Exercise - walked through JC Penny with my sister. She bought me a new top (size small). But it makes my third boob (hernia) look like it's bigger then it is. Guess it's the thought that counts. laurie

Hi Candi, Its like 3am here and I am wide awake. I dont know what my problem is, My mother moved in with me and my family today and I think Im a little overwhelmed at the new responsibility ( shes disabled). Anyways figured whats better to do than to catch up on some posts, now what did I eat today, B-3/4c special k high protein with 1/2c carb countdown milk S-protein shake L-1oz almonds and one string cheese S-low carb vanilla yogurt D-3oz salmon pattie with string beans S-1c sliced stawberries and free cool whip 100 oz water all vits worked out at Curves for 30 min man I need to go to bed, its almost time for hubby to get up for work! Lessee - B: 1 egg, 1 slice 2% cheese, 1 slice turkey bacon, 1 slicce whole wheat toast (made like a fried egg sandwich out of it and ate all but about 1/4) L: spinach salad with grilled chicken, walnuts, feta, and olive oil/vinegar dressing; mandarin orange D: a string cheese, 2 potato slices, slice of applesauce bread (homemade, sf) S: 2 more potato slices, slice of applesauce bread OH, and about 20 soy crisps vits - missed calcium today for some reason, I think I took one of the 2. liquids - 32 oz water, 48 oz sf koolaid exercise - NOPE!
