I was at the dinner in Austin on Sat. but didn't get a chance to introduce myself. I was there with hubby.
As for exercise I do water aerobics twice a day. I work out from 5:30 am to 6:00 am and then from 5:30pm - 6:30 pm I find the water is easier on my joints. I have lost 115 pounds since surgery May 9th 2005. Some days I do kick boxing in the water like last night some days I do a cardio work out in the water and other days I do pilate in the water. Over all it is a great way to exercise. The water has resistance. In case you haven't guessed I am sold on water aerobics. I also am an instructor for it.

No I didn't go blond take a look at my profile. I didn't get any pictures but I really had a great time. Yes being the instructor has it's benfits. I get free membership to the gym and actually get paided for doing what I love two times a week. The rest of the time I do it because I love the water.
