Body Fat %

I've had a Tanita scale all this time and once in a while measure body fat just to see where I'm at. The readings fluctate throughout the day based on hydration level. First thing in the morning would be higher. So to me better time is early evening. I believe I started at 51-52% body fat. Ugh! Well yesterday early evening, when I will look at body fat reading...it was 30%. I was quite thrilled to be hovering on doorstep of the "20s". From what I found online...looks like 30% is decent. A "fitness" level of body fat for a woman is 18-22%. I'm shooting for that range. Hey, why NOT! We'll see what I'm able to do. Now with the gym available to me... the world is my oysta! Kathy
