What are you eating on Friday?
It's not been a great eating day. I started my period about an hour ago, so maybe that explains it.
LND- grilled shrimp and a vodka cranberry
B- protein shake
S- cheese
L- frozen pizza- 17 grams protein, but 340 calories
S- a bunch of red vines. Ugh
D- My husband is making dinner for my best friend and I- garlic shrimp, rice pilaf, portabello mushrooms, salad
Going out for ****tails tonight- I think I'll just pretend that this bad eating day didn't happen.
Pre-B: Protein Shake (33 grams) Nectar Fuzzy Navel with Crystal Light Orange Sunrie
Cup O' Joe
B: 1 slice of muenster cheese
Two hard boiled eggs
L: Chicken cut up and cooked in taco seasoning
2 slices muenster cheese
S: Protein Shake (33 grams) Nectar Lemon Tea
D: 2 slices muenster cheese
10 almonds
Small chicken cutlet (breaded w/ parm cheese in the mix)
S: Protein Shake (33 grams) Nectar Lemon Tea
The last couple of days have not been good for me, either. Not only am I not making the greatest choices, but I've eaten way too much - to the point of discomfort... I think I'm going to start measuring and logging my food again...
LND - 1/2 a Wendy's single cheeseburger
Pre Breakfast - Coffee
Breakfast - bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin (Not Mickey Ds, but made in the cafe at work)
L - tuna salad and ff cottage cheese
S - about 2 cups of popcorn
D - we're having beef tips and black beans and rice
Vits - all good except for vitamins
Water - not great, maybe 40 oz
Exercise - um... no
B: this frozen breakfast thingy on what was like an English muffin almost - I think it was Red Baron (I grabbed it while I was at the store this morning in a huge rush). I ate all the topping (which was egg, ham, and cheese) and about a little over 1/2 of the bread thing. The whole thing had like 18 grams/protein
L: 1/2 slice Supreme pizza and about 1/2 cup of my 'fruit/protein dessert'
Also, I made some gorp and took a few bites of it (none of the sugary stuff, just the pretzels, etc.) and 1 sf truffel
D: two tacos (each was thin corn tortilla fried in olive oil, about 1 tbsp ff refried beans with chilis and lime, about 1 tbsp seasoned ground turkey meat, about 1 tbsp shredded cheese, 1 tbsp lite sour cream, and a few leaves of spinach)
S: (later) I dunno what it will be - depends on if I'm wanting salty or sweet at the time.
Vits - need one more calcium
Water - only like 30 oz so far - not good but it's only 5, I can get another 30 in with no problem
Exercise - does getting jiggy with hubby later count?

L - 1 oz ff cheese, 1 oz chicken breast, 1 C salad, .5 C artichoke hearts
D/S - 1 oz ff cheese, 1 oz chicken breast, 1 C salad, .5 C artichoke hearts, 1/2 a pickled asparugus spear, 1 piece of pickled spicy cauliflower, 3 ****tail dill pickles (it sounds like soooo much, but it is only 181 calories and I haven't eaten it all yet)
