Picture from Days Before Surgery

I found and uploaded a picture from 2 days before my surgery at my daughters 7th birthday. I was amazed and appauled at how I looked. I will never spend another day with my daughter and family being morbidly obese! Check out my profile to see back 8 months in the past. If you dare!!!!

Wow, Jen... I'm with Lori...what an amazing transformation. Many people say "X lbs gone forever" at the bottom of their signatures. I'm not quite so confident of that. I know that not using my tool or falling back to unhealthy behaviors means that I could regain weight. I chose to say "X lbs gone but NOT forgotten". Never forget where you came from. Kathy
