LND- Meatloaf, peas, rice B- bagel S- protein pudding w/banana and granola L- beef jerky D- grilled shrimp vits- all in water- 42 ounces excersize- Boot Camp!

LND - Homemade chicken noodle soup, a small chunk of garlic bread Pre-B - Coffee and Nectar (1.5 scoops) B - Oatmeal L - Chicken wrap from KFC (I ate about 3/4 of it - WAY more than I should have) S - small bag of Gardettos (from a vending machine) D - not sure. I have class, and considering the stellar choices I've made today already, it'll probably be something small and light, ff cottage cheese or something... Vits - all but my last calcium Water - Eh... *waves hand back and forth* so-so, about 60 oz Exercise - sigh...

I am eating the same thing I did yesterday and the day before and the day before that . . . B/S - 1 oz cheese, 2 oz chicken breast L - 2 oz chicken breast, salad, artichoke hearts, pickles D - L - 2 oz chicken breast, salad, artichoke hearts, pickles S -sf cocoa or oatmeal (depending on if I am hungry)

Pre-B: Protein shake (33 grams) - Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise...yummy B: Cup o' joe 4 slices taylor ham that were fried crispy last night - tastes more like bacon then ham (it is really pork roll - I know it from growing up in NY we would get it from the butcher and fry it...found a place in NJ that serves it on their breakfast menu - our market sells it) L: 1 hard boiled egg 2 pieces muenster cheese S: Protein shake (33 grams) - Nectar Lemon Tea mixed with water D: Chicken sauteed with taco seasoning and green beans (I think) S: Protein shake (33 grams) not sure what flavor yet Vitamins: Just have calcium and b-complex (both liquids) to take - the rest are taken Water: 40 oz pure water in thus far...more to follow Exercise: Stairs (480 of em)

B-low carb yogurt and small pear S-protein shake L-1oz almonds and one string cheese S-beef jerky D-salad with tomatoes, shredded cheese, real bacon pieces, and carbwell ranch dressing S-1c sliced strawberries with 1/4c free Cool Whip Candy 100oz water 20 min on stepper and 20 on stationary bike all vits

I'll get in on this today! B - 3 string cheese L - about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of what WAS homemade chicken soup but since it's left over there was no liquid left in it anymore so it was mostly chicken with some pasta, chicken, peppers, celery and other veggies S - piece of sf peach pie with dollop of light cool whip D - spinach salad with grilled ckn, medeterranian cheese blend (feta and some other ones - don't remember what), walnuts, sun dried tomatoes, croutons, raisins, and olive oil and vinegar dressing - only ate about 6-7 bites and it wasn't setting well. I was incredibly hungry so I think I ate too fast. Later I will have a dessert that I make (lite cool whip, sf/ff pudding mix, mandarin oranges drained and rinsed, marischino cherries drained and rinsed, crushed pineapple, walnuts, and a couple of scoops of protein powder) Water - so far about 45-50 oz Vits - all done Exercise - well, I walked around the grocery store today

AM - Dose of pro stat liquid protein syrup b - 4 ounces carb control yogurt and half an Atkins bar l - half cup of vegetarian chili and 2 ounces of cheddar with mustard s - 2 slices 2% american cheese and saltines d - baked salmon and about a cup of salad.
