LND: didn't get around to making the soup, had Weigh****chers Fiesta Bean casserole thingy
Pre-Breakfast - nectar (1.5 scoops) and coffee
B: 1 slice of colby jack cheese, 1 slice of buffalo chicken, 1 slice of whole wheat bread
S: Triple Venti, SF Hazlenut, Nonfat Latte
L: Orange
S: 1/2 a protein bar (blech!
) and 2 bites of yogurt
D: Made the soup tonight. Kind of overdid the ingredients, turned into a somewhat moist chicken/pasta/veggie casserole, but damn it tasted good!
Vits - all in but my last calcium
Water - about 40 oz, little low today
Exercise - yeah... um... no...
