LND- mexican casserole B- Power crunch bar mid morning- protein pudding, banana, granola L- Lean Cuisine panini maybe, not really hungry D- meatloaf, peas, potatoes vits- all in water- 42 ounces so far excer. Boot Camp!!!

LND: didn't get around to making the soup, had Weigh****chers Fiesta Bean casserole thingy Pre-Breakfast - nectar (1.5 scoops) and coffee B: 1 slice of colby jack cheese, 1 slice of buffalo chicken, 1 slice of whole wheat bread S: Triple Venti, SF Hazlenut, Nonfat Latte L: Orange S: 1/2 a protein bar (blech! ) and 2 bites of yogurt D: Made the soup tonight. Kind of overdid the ingredients, turned into a somewhat moist chicken/pasta/veggie casserole, but damn it tasted good! Vits - all in but my last calcium Water - about 40 oz, little low today Exercise - yeah... um... no...

Pre B- 2c decaf with carb countdown milk B-1/4c egg beaters with onions, bell peppers, ham, and cheese S-protein shake L-1oz almonds and one string cheese S-apple with 2tsp p nut butter D-whole wheat spaghetti(1/4c) with meat sauce(3/4c) S-low carb yogurt Candy 100oz water 30 min at Curves all vits 263/167/150 (I hope)
