Gym is open (Tuesday)
I haven't done any exercise yet today. But, I will soon. I will post when I have completed everything.
Today has just been so busy. I helped my son and his girlfriend register for classes, then I had to go see my lawyer, then it was off to my mom's. Yesterday was her birthday and I didn't even call her. So I had some makin' up to do. I took her a chocolate cake and washed her dishes while her and my husband gobbled it up. Ohhh, the things I will do for Mom.
Anyway, what did you do for exercise today?

Not hard. You can tell they work by how your body reacts. Like I haven't done them in forever. I can feel the burn! Tummy, legs, butt. They all get a nice work out. I did pilates when I was 231 lbs. So it can't be that hard. I have winsor pilates. They have it where if u can't do what they are they show a modified way. I love them. The bad thing is I don't wanna do them lol. But when I start i wanna. lol. Weird I know. I plan on doing them more. When I start back college it will be rough tho. When school starts back i will be doing rhythmic aerobics and yoga! Hopefully on the days off I will continue to do pilates.
