LND - Minute steak (probably 3oz) and 1cup green beans with fresh parmesan cheese. MMM.
B - Zone bar (rasberry chocolate)
L - 6" roast beef sub minus half bread (Subway)
D - no idea yet... maybe another steak

LND - Dinty Moore Beef Stew (one of those little microwave cups)
Pre-Breakfast: Coffee, Nectar (1.5 scoops)
Breakfast - about 4 oz of low-carb yogurt
Lunch - an orange and about 3/4 cup of cottage cheese
Snack - slice of buffalo chicken, slice of colby jack, slice of whole wheat bread
Dinner - I'm making chicken veggie soup tonight
Vits - just need to take my last calcium tonight
Water - good today, about 80 oz already
Exercise - probably not
L - .5 oz chicken breast, 1 C salad w/ 2 T lite dressing, .5 C artichoke hearts, 2 ****tail dill pickles
D - 1.5 oz chicken breast, 1 C salad w/2 T lite dressing, .25 C artichoke hearts, 1 ****tail dill pickle, 1 oz cheese
B - oatmeal w/ 1 t lite margarine ( I slept through bfast, so I will have it tonight!)
S - sf cocoa

AM - dose of Prostat 64 liquid protein syrup - 30 grams
breakfast - 4 oz carb control yogurt and half an Atkins bar - 14 grams
lunch - 3/4 cup vegetarian chili and 1/2 cup cooked cabbage - 4 grams protein
snack - 2 slices 2% american cheese and saltines - 10 grams
dinner - half cup of salad and 3 ounces "cheesy baked salmon" (take salmon filet sprinkle salt, pepper, crushed garlic or garlic powder, and dried dill weed, wrap in foil and bake on 450 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle some chopped green onion and shredded cheddar over the top and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts. YUMMY!!!) - 20 grams
