Gym is open (Monday)

I always seem to be a day behind. Yesterday (Monday) I actually did 5 miles of Walk Away the Pounds. I did the 3 mile walk by myself and then I did the 2 mile with my son's girlfriend (Rosa). I was really surprised that I did both workouts and felt good afterwards. Andrea

That's awesome, Andrea! Keep up the good work! Did you know that Leslie Sansone just released a five mile walking tape called "Advanced 5 Mile Walk at Home." I can't wait to be at the level to do that tape, but I'm not there yet, though! Apparently, it's very advanced with light jogging segments and other segments that incorporate upper-body toning while walking - I guess like her three and four mile tapes with the weights.
